What is the cost per month?
The cost of the premises for lease under the Auckland District Law Society Lease is by negotiation. Rent and outgoings is payable by the tenant.
The cost for container storage and boat storage is a fixed price and includes outgoings. The minimum terms are monthly. Container Storage is $45.00 including GST per week ($192.00 including GST per calendar month). Boat storage is $86.25 including GST per week ($373.75 including GST per calendar month).
What are outgoings?
Outgoings are scheduled under the Auckland District Law Society can include costs for rates, insurance, utilities, minor repairs and maintenance.
Do you charge any bonds?
Miro Park may charge a bond for any of the following:-
a. Container padlock and key
b. Swipe access tags
c. Cleaning
Are bonds refundable?
The bonds are fully refundable on vacating the premises provided keys padlocks swipe tags are returned and the premises are left clean and tidy.
When do I pay?
All payments are made by you in advance, monthly or weekly, as per your agreement with Miro Park.
How do I pay?
Payment is by direct credit or automatic payment from your bank account.
How much notice do I need to give before I leave?
For leased properties, notice is mandated under the terms of the agreed deed of the lease.
For the container and/or boat storage one month’s notice.
