What services do you offer?
We offer access to four natural geothermal hot pools, available exclusively to adults (16+). Towel hire and lockers are available on site.
Do I need to book in advance?
No bookings are required. Just come along during our open hours!
What are the temperatures of the pools?
Our pools range from a refreshing 21°C up to a deeply soothing 42°C.
Can I stay as long as I want?
Yes, we do not impose a time limit — we encourage you to soak, relax, and unwind at your own pace.
Are food and drinks allowed?
You’re welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages (like a water bottle). However, food, alcohol, and glass containers are not permitted inside the pool areas.
Can I hire a towel?
Yes! Towel hire is available for $5 per person. Lockers for your belongings are included in the entry fee.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, Taupō Thermal Springs currently does not offer wheelchair access.
What is the entry cost?
Admission is $30.00 NZD per person, which includes locker hire.
